The Group leads the automotive consultancy in Portugal. We are in the market for twenty years, make projects aimed at developing skills of all the parties in the automotive business .

The pressure of the market, requires a professional level of all sectors involved in the business of automotive distribution, particularly in the sales and after-sales areas.

Beyond the Automotive area we have, in recent years, being developing projects in Human resources area, in different sectors of activities such as logistics, banking, insurance, distribution and transport.

The Group’s activity is currently developed by Polivalor in Portugal and by Formoprojectos in Mozambique and in Angola soon.

In project of evaluation and skills development we have a software tool, the TA – Training Administration, which allows us to develop projects in an automated manner, with reduced costs and lower time consuming, compared to traditional processes.
